The UNHRC tabled a new resolution on the impact of sanctions, urging "all States to stop [...] unilateral coercive measures [...] in particular those of a coercive nature with extraterritorial effects".
Bolivia, Cuba, & Venezuela voted for. The UK, Brazil & others voted against.
